I like to munch between meals. Anything from a packet of potato chips, nuts, biscuits, cookies to a slice of cake, a bar of chocolate or a few scoops of ice-cream is welcomed to satisfy my cravings. I used to be very slim in my teens but had since ballooned after giving birth to my children. So I have to limit the quantity of junk food that I take everyday just to maintain my weight.

Junk food certainly adds weight thanks to the fat and fibre content available in them in plenty. Control of the tongue is essential at least after a certain age because ageing has a lot to do with junk food.
I doubt you are obese. Try to avoid such junkies and as matter of fact, why not to go for healthy diet. visit your GP for a good advice.
I'm with iwiz here, Have a good balanced diet to make you look more attractive to your husband and your children but I too have some faults. I also like to eat junk food from time to time.
