		<title>Food Seasonings</title>

		<description><![CDATA[Some friends of mine have a habit of adding additional seasonings to their food before beginning their meals.  It doesn't matter if the food is already quite tasty to me.  They just add their chili or tomato sauce as usual onto the food.  I think excessive flavourings will overpower  the real taste of the dish and can cause health problems in the long run.]]></description>

		<description>When I think of healthy eating, my ex-colleague ever suggested whipping up a vegetarian dish such as fried noodles with canned mock meat and lots of vegetables.  Anybody has other suggestions?</description>

		<title>Snacking</title>

		<description>I like to munch between meals.  Anything from a packet of potato chips, nuts, biscuits, cookies to a slice of cake, a bar of chocolate or a few scoops of ice-cream is welcomed to satisfy my cravings.  I used to be very slim in my teens but had since ballooned after giving birth to my children.  So I have to limit the quantity of junk food that I take everyday just to maintain my weight.</description>
