When I think of healthy eating, my ex-colleague ever suggested whipping up a vegetarian dish such as fried noodles with canned mock meat and lots of vegetables. Anybody has other suggestions?
I like to munch between meals. Anything from a packet of potato chips, nuts, biscuits, cookies to a slice of cake, a bar of chocolate or a few scoops of ice-cream is welcomed to satisfy my cravings. I used to be very slim in my teens but had since ballooned after giving birth to my children. So I have to limit the quantity of junk food that I take...
