Small Upgrade

We upgraded our forum software earlier today. This was just a small maintenance operation, no new features as such have been added with the update.

While the forum was offline, we took the opportunity to add another two themes (IP-Tech and Halloween) along with a few more built-in avatar packs too.

As always, if you should notice anything amiss or have any questions, please post a new topic in the Feedback and Help area.
