I hope that this year our economy could improve especially now that we will have our national election on May and I also hope that there would be no more calamities after Haiti and Chile.

The calamities of Haiti and Chile are separated by just 30 days. We only hope there are no more such calamities. What is happening around us O God!

I really worried and my prayers are with the affected people of both the tragedies. Natures calamities cannot be stopped or avoided, but whereas man's fellow hatred can be avoided. If one thinks about all the nuclear arsenals with the world powers right from big countries to small one - I don't wanna name - a man-made disaster is awaiting to happen and really - really don't wanna to imagine that catastrophe. May God bless all of us with his bliss for brotherhood and friendship, irrespective of religion, race and creed.

I may not have any real plans for the year, but I do have quite a few goals and things that I hope to do, places that I hope to be able to visit and so on. Only time will tell how much of it I can make come true, but I am to try my hardest and hopefully the results will all be worthwhile in the end :)

Mahatma Gandhi once said that we will become what we imagine ourselves to be and we will also achieve if we continue to strive towards it.

I think an important skill for everyone to learn is how to make the most out of bad situations, and make a note to learn from every situation we are in both good and bad.

Everything we do can be a learning experience, and it is important that we remember as much of it as possible.

To keep our cool even during trying situations is another virtue we would like to develop. It is easier said than done. We feel we would be immensely helped by this virtue.

Patience is a very important thing for everyone to have, along with staying positive when certain situations do not turn out the way we had hoped or even expected.

Success can take quite some time, so we just have to keep trying and work on improving what we can how we can, WHEN we can.
