After some research and testing, I have been in contact with the Microsoft Live support team to see why we have been blocked, although I am still waiting for them to get back to me with the specifics on this as the support request has been escalated up. I expect to hear back from them in the coming week.
I would suggest anyone using one of these email addresses here should temporarily change it to another if they rely on receiving notifications.
